Shelf Lake Trail
The creek crossings were swollen and swift. Snow fields three feet deep still covered the upper trail. We post-holed our way to the shelf lake at 12,100 ft. Shelf Lake Trail was worth the cold and exhaustive effort. All images taken with my Sony RX1.
